SVG Cut Files - Digital Download License Policy

Digital downloads such as SVG files and cuttable files are permitted for personal** and commercial*** use.

By purchasing a digital file for use, you do NOT have ownership of said designs. You may NOT claim copyright or intellectual property rights of these designs. These designs are the property of Celebrating Together LLC. All designs, templates, etc. are the property of Celebrating Together LLC. Only physical products may be sold with this design/template as part of a fully completed product and cannot be resold. You may NOT sell this original design nor any designs created from this template as a digital item.

* "Digital items", "digital downloads" and "digital files" may include but are not limited to PNGs, JPEGs, SVGs, DXF files, EPS files, Adobe Illustrator files, and those of a similar digital nature, etc.

** Personal Use - This is designated for individuals that are using the digital file for their own personal use.  They are not permitted to use the digital file for sale of any kind.

*** Commercial Use License - This is designated for individuals and small businesses that are using the digital file as part of a completed physical product. This license grants use of the digital file for the sale of up to 5000 physical products.  Commercial uses are not permitted to sell the original digital file or any digital files created in conjunction with the digital file for monetary gain.

**** Extended Use License - This is designated for individuals and small businesses that are using the digital file as part of a completed physical product. This license grants use of the digital file for the sale of up to 10000 physical products.  Commercial uses are not permitted to sell the original digital file or any digital files created in conjunction with the digital file for monetary gain.  An additional license purchase is required. Please email me for more information at Melissa@CelebratignTogether.com or you may purchase the Commercial Use License again for the next 5000 physical products.  I appreciate your honestly!

***** Server Use License - This is designated for businesses that would like to use this design to sell items on Print-On-Demand sites such as Society6, Printful, Printify, Zazzle, etc.  If you would like to purchase a Server Use License, please email me at Melissa@CelebratingTogether.com for details on how to purchase this type license.  Please include with your full contact information what sites you are requesting the use of said designs on and what designs you are wishing to sell and how the design will be used.  I will reply to your inquiry with more information on how to purchase a Server Use License.
